Soft skills are a collection of interpersonal qualities that permit the individual to function well in society and achieve his/her goals. These skills include, inter alia, effective communication and efficient teamwork. Soft skills play a major role in education, and their importance is expected to increase within the Industry 4.0 framework. The conference will explore how STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Mathematics) curricula can develop soft skills.
We would like to encourage contributions from scholars and teachers from different disciplines and fields of practice.
