We will address questions related to:<\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002Is there an optimal way to breathe?<\/li>\n<li>\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002Can we and should we control our responses to stress and anxiety?<\/li>\n<li>\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002What is the of the dolphin effect?<\/li>\n<li>\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002\u2002Iceman breathing techniques for control and release of stress<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"direction: ltr;\">About the lecturer:<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Omree Shuval<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Registered dietitian Bsc. Nutr., MA in &#8216;Brain and Learning&#8217;, NLP and hypnotherapy practitioner, shiatsu therapist. Always<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">learning.
